General informations
Check-in: from 16:00 delivery of the room.
Check-out: by 10:00 the room will be returned.
Upon arrival, you can immediately check-in to start using the services: swimming pools, bars and beach.
Valid documents of all guests, including minors of all ages, are required to check-in.
Infant
Infant: 0/2 years (not completed) free in their own cot or in parents’ bed.
Cot: € 10.00 per day on request when booking.
Strollers available at a cost of € 10.00 per day (a deposit of € 50.00 per stroller is required).
Day-use & Late Check-Out
Subject to availability, it is possible to book on site (for a fee), up to the day before departure, a day-use (room release by 20:00) or a late check-out (room release by 14:00).
Deposit and balance
A deposit equal to 30% of the entire stay is required upon confirmation of the booking.
The balance of the stay is required upon arrival, during check-in.
Reports on booking
Any report made at the time of booking, relating to particular preferences or needs (e.g. room on the first floor), is taken care of but cannot be guaranteed.
City tax
The municipality of Siniscola requires a tourist tax to be paid locally equal to € 1.50 per night per person in the months of April, May, September and October, equal to € 2.00 per night per person in the months of June, July and August.
The tourist tax is exact when the tax document of the stay is issued.
Exemptions are provided for by the municipal regulation.
Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
Wifi
Free Wi-Fi service is available throughout the hotel.
parking area
A large unattended car park allows you to leave your car or motorbike inside the hotel.
Laundry (for a fee)
A bag and a linen deposit card (to be filled in) are available in the wardrobe.
The bag will be collected by the room service and the linen will be returned to the room within 24 hours.

An umbrella and two sunbeds in the first or second row on the beach can be booked for a fee, subject to availability.

Beach towels
It is possible to rent beach towels at the reception as a paid service.
A deposit is required for the service, which will be returned in full upon return of the beach towels.
Deposit: € 20.00 (per beach towel)
Rental: € 2.50 (per day for beach towel with change included)
Restaurant
Our restaurant service (for a fee) is active for lunch and dinner.
Takeaway meal
Take advantage of the opportunity to go on an excursion bringing a lunch basket with you (for a fee), by contacting the reception by 6:30 pm the day before.

Cash: € 1,999.99 for residents of Italy and € 15,000.00 for foreigners.
